Who we are

Schrager Limited is an incorporated company set up to manage and implement peculiar turnkey residential development projects. This is achieved by bringing together the necessary dynamic management skills required to drive such projects.

CORPORATE OVERVIEW

SCHRAGER seeks to provide designated management services in the area of property development from the inception of the project to its actualization. These services include:-

• Identification of potentially viable locations.
• Examination of various development options.
• Obtaining architectural and other drawings
• Appointment and management of project staff and consultants and obtaining planning approval and other necessary documentation
• Financial management and project co-ordination
• Construction management
• Marketing and facility management

Client Relations

In our negotiations and interactions with the land owners of the development properties, we follow a laid down procedure, which starts with access to the property and assessment as a suitable development site. We then proceed with necessary legal searches and move on to negotiations over lease term or purchase of the property as the case may be.

Project Conception

SCHRAGER Limited facilitates the development of various properties. SCHRAGER intends to put all necessary requirements in place for the developments vis-à-vis formation of a concept, architectural design, other professional consultancy services, planning approval, construction and maintenance.

At present, SCHRAGER is in the process of commencing luxury residential apartments and townhouses in Ikoyi and is offering the opportunity to be involved as off-takers from the off-plan stage. Further details can be provided upon inquiry.
